Flow timer is now equiped with Bruce Lee sounds. Every time you finish a work or break run, instead of a buzzer, we play a Lee-ism. All the more reason to stay in flow.
You're looking at a super-simple productivity tool. Start with a work sprint (traditionally 25 min), followed by a short break. Once you've done 3 work sprints in a row, you can take a longer break. Nothing too complicated. It's often the simplest methods that are the most effective.
This is on purpose. There is no pause in flow, once you're out, you're out. Stay concentrated for 25 minutes (or more), no distractions!
